When is this year’s annual meeting?

This year’s meeting is Sunday, October 13th through Friday, October 18th.

WHERE IS THIS YEAR’S ANNUAL MEETING?

This year’s annual meeting is a luxury desert getaway at the Frank Lloyd Wright inspired Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Also known as The “Jewel of the Desert”, the Arizona Biltmore is where rich architectural history meets chic modern southwestern delight.

HOW DO I BOOK MY HOTEL?

You secure your hotel through the Annual Meeting online meeting registration confirmation email. Register & book today, as we are expected to sell out with the competitive group rate of $349/night before taxes and fees. Kindly note hotel booking using the groups link is offered exclusively to ALLDocs registered attendees who have submitted their Annual Meeting registration.

HOW MANY CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS CAN I EARN DURING THE CONFERENCE?

The number of credits will vary based on the state(s) you are licensed in, but we expect to offer approximately 12-14 hours (Pending COPE approval)

Thank you for adhering to our ALLDocs member guest policy, which outlines that each ALLDocs Member is entitled to invite 1 adult guest to the Annual Meeting & sponsors are not offered guest privileges unless explicitly informed otherwise via your Sponsorship Agreement.

Welcome Reception

Golfers should ideally plan to arrive on Saturday, October 12th to ensure timely arrival for tee times on Sunday. If you are a golfer arriving on Sunday, October 13th, you may want to consider going straight from the airport to the course to be sure you have adequate time for your round. Lunch for golfers to be provided at course.
