ALLDocs members, mark your calendar. The 2026 ALLDocs Annual Meeting is right around the corner! This August we head to the exclusive Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Québec, Canada. ALLDocs is lining up spectacular speakers, excellent entertainment, an exciting excursion, amazing meals, and as always, supportive sponsors. How do I book my hotel?

You are responsible for securing your hotel through the the groups booking link, which is located in the Annual Meeting online meeting registration confirmation email. Registration is required in order to secure a sleeping room. How many continuing education credits can I earn during the conference?

The number of credits will vary based on the state(s) you are licensed in, but we expect to offer approximately 12-14 hours (Pending COPE approval)

Thank you for adhering to our ALLDocs member guest policy, which outlines that each ALLDocs Member is entitled to invite 1 adult guest to the Annual Meeting & sponsors are not offered guest privileges unless explicitly informed otherwise via your Sponsorship Agreement.

Travel details to/from Quebec City (YQB)

All air travel should be made into Quebec City (YQB). Please make sure you passort is up to date and your passport expiration date is AFTER May 5, 2027. Upon arrival ubers and taxis are avaialabel to get tot he hotel from the airport. Ground transportation to/from the airport will not be provided by ALLDocs.

ALLDocs Attire suggestions for the week

Attire Guide

You can expect a combination of indoor and outdoor activities throughout the week. We recommend dressing appropriately for each scheduled activity and bringing an extra layer for changing temperatures. Temperatures in Québec City are expected to range from the low 60s to the upper 70s throughout the week.

Sunday Evening

Welcome Reception & Dinner
Dress for an outdoor evening overlooking the St. Lawrence River. A light jacket, sweater, or layered clothing is recommended, particularly as temperatures may cool after sunset.

Monday & Tuesday Evenings

Partner Fair & Offsite Dinners
Business or smart-casual attire is appropriate for the Partner Fair and evening offsite dinners. Attire may vary slightly depending on the specific venue and activity.

Wednesday Morning

General Session & Breakout Sessions
Business or smart-casual attire.

Wednesday Afternoon

Offsite Group Activity
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as activities may take place outdoors. We also suggest dressing in layers to accommodate changing temperatures and activity levels.

Thursday Evening

Gala – “Evening of Darkness”
Dark colors requested! Think elegant evening cocktail attire or elevated business casual in black, navy, charcoal, burgundy, or other dark tones to complement the evening’s sophisticated theme. Black tie is not required. See example of the recommended attire here

And, of course, bring your dancing shoes!
