This year’s annual meeting is an authentic yet elegant mountain getaway at the beautiful Montage Deer Valley.

Slide your “stone” towards the “house” and get your “sweepers” ready for this exciting event on ice. Here, teams are awarded for patience, precision and style. With coaches assigned to each team, guests learn the finer techniques and scoring of traditional curling. Once everyone has the basics, the competition is on.
Saddle up and trot along like the cowboys of the west among the towering slopes of the Wasatch Mountain Range and wide open meadows of the Heber area. This beautiful ride will offer amazing views of the surrounding landscape. Take in the shimmering foliage of pristine meadows astride your horse. Keep an eye out for moose, deer, mountain goats and other wildlife on this magnificent mountain journey. One thing's for sure... the valley has some pretty spectacular scenery and more than its share of awe inspiring vistas.
Come join us to discover a multitude of historic sites in the Park City area while tasting wines selected to reflect these stunning locations. This three hour experience will take guests all around the Park City area, from Deer Valley Ski Resort, to the Historic Miner's Hospital, a mine shaft that once delivered skiers to the snow high above, among other unique locations. At each stop a wine expert will educate the guests on the wine they are tasting, why it was selected to pair with the historic site, and rare stories about what they are seeing.

You will have the opportinuty to experience both of the following activities pending availability
Extreme Tubing - Take a ride down the landing hill of a Nordic Ski Jump—in an inner tube! Gain speeds up to 50 mph and enjoy the thrill of soaring just like an Olympic Nordic ski jumper. (These are the same ski jumps that today’s Olympic-level athletes train on!)
Bobsled – Experience the Ride of Lifetime: Professional pilots take three passengers on a thrilling ride down the Olympic sliding track from the 2002 Winter Games. You will rip through curves reaching speeds up to 70 mph. Sessions are timed allowing groups to compete for fastest starts, total time, and bragging rights.
NOTE:
• We strongly discourage anyone with chronic neck problems, back or kidney problems, heart problems, recent surgery, and/or high blood pressure from riding the bobsled
• Anyone questioning their health status or experiencing hesitation should not ride.
• There is always a possibility of injury, as it is an intense and bumpy ride, reaching speeds of anywhere between 60-75 mph.
• If you are pregnant, you may not ride.

On this fun-filled activity, guests can experience the thrill of trap shooting while channeling the quiet focus needed to hit your target.

Alpine Body Massage (60 Mins)
Whether suffering from travel fatigue, work-induced stress, specific aches and pains or seeking new ways to unwind, our massage therapists will draw upon their extensive bodywork repertoire to provide relaxation and relief with their artful work in massage therapy.
Hydration Facial (60 Mins)
To address the manifestations of dehydration in the skin, this facial combines a moisturizing booster intensive treatment and the technology of two hyaluronic acids. As an added benefit, this treatment softens fine lines and wrinkles associated with a lack of moisture in the dermis. You will be left with skin that feels fresh as the morning dew.
Essential Manicure & Pedicure – (75 Mins)
A basic manicure and pedicure for regular nail maintenance, including a softening soak, cuticle cleaning, shaping, body butter and polish.

We are also in direct contact with the venues that support the ALLDocs 2020 Annual Meeting to ensure the safety of our attendees.
The ALLDocs Annual Meeting 2020 is going full steam ahead. Our team is confidently planning for what will be another incredible event.
